Description

By means of this invitation to tender, the Municipality aims to reach, from 1 December 2023, two Council agreements with two contractors for the provision and management of user charges for standard software and the provision of related services for Lot 1. For Lot 2, the Municipality intends to establish a single Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the supply of Microsoft, Oracle and Adobe licences. Estimate Lot 1: Up to EUR 15.000.000. For the justification, see section 2.2.3 of the descriptive document. Estimate Lot 2: Up to EUR 9.600.000. For the justification, see section 2.2.3 of the descriptive document.
