Description

The consultation covers the following services:
Supply and installation of toll and access control equipment in the car parks of the city of Troyes.
The consultation was carried out in accordance with the European open invitation to tender procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 33, 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code.
The contract will be concluded for a fixed period of four years with effect from the date on which it is notified to the Contractor.
Order forms may be issued only during the period of validity of the contract.
Orders will be issued as and when needed.
The time limit for delivery and performance of the services shall be the period to which the Contractor undertakes in his act of undertaking, which may not exceed eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order form.
A visit to the site of performance of the contract is compulsory and determines the validity of the tenders received.
A 1st group visit is scheduled to take place on Monday 25.8.2014 to 14: 00 at the Victor Hugo car park site.

Candidates who are unable to do this will have to contact Mr HouDEX in order to agree on a new date for the visit to the place of performance of the services.
