Description

Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist ein Rahmenvertrag über IT-Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen, aus dem Leistungen in Höhe von bis zu 21 Mio. EUR (netto) innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit beauftragt werden. Ein Anspruch auf Ausschöpfung bzw. einer Abrufverpflichtung besteht nicht. Die Laufzeit beträgt 1 Jahr mit der Option der dreimaligen Verlängerung für jeweils 1 Jahr. Die Ausschreibung richtet sich an Unternehmen, welche festangestellte Mitarbeiter beschäftigen, als auch an Unternehmen, welche Selbständige für die Leistungserbringung bei der Auftraggeberin einsetzen werden. Die Überlassung von (Zeit-)Arbeitnehmern ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit 5 Firmen geschlossen.
