Description

The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Kowala Commune and from PSZOK in Kosovo from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.10.2029r., with the proviso that: -the preparatory work will last 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, and the waste collection and management service from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029. (due to the contract in force until 31.10.2026) - in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kowala commune. The Contracting Authority reserves that in the event of prolongation of the tender procedure and in the absence of legal possibilities to select the Contractor until 15.10.2026r. – the start date for the provision of the waste collection and handling service will be after the 14-day preparatory period. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the FTZ, which is also attached as Annex 2 to the contract.
