The subject-matter of the public procurement contract is the provision of specialised materials and equipment for practice workshops in vocational education and training (VET) units – Investment line I.14. for 4 VET units that will be equipped with specialised materials and equipment (for construction workshop, installations and public works), which will ensure an efficient educational activity laying the foundations for a modern educational infrastructure capable of providing a highly qualified workforce connected to the latest technologies and promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. The acquisition of specialized materials and equipment for the practice workshops in the vocational education and training (VET) units through the investment line I.14, contributes to the development of the educational infrastructure (material base) of the practice workshops within the vocational education and training units in Iasi County and will facilitate the learning and teaching process by investing in teaching materials, modern specialized equipment, while creating a modern teaching material base necessary for the educational act in Iasi County. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates - Section I.3) Communication, namely the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days. The replies to the requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section ‘List, clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016.
