La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un marché de travaux dans le cadre d'une opération immobilière, située sis 249-255 rue de Crimée - PARIS 75019, comprenant notamment : - La rénovation thermique en milieu occupé de la tour d'habitation R+18 comprenant 144 logements (bâtiment A) ; - La transformation d'un immeuble de bureaux (bâtiment B) de 5000 m² SU en 131 logements avec extension en bois sur environ 650 m² au sol et surélévation de 5 étages en bois ; - La création d'un jardin en pleine terre entouré d'une pergola, à l'angle des rues de Crimée et d'Aubervilliers
