Description

Contract for the preparation of cases by nature, technical input in the form of drafting technical case notes, as well as continuous technical assistance relating to the Danish Nature and Environmental Board of Appeal’s decision-making activities in the livestock sector and within the framework of this contract and specification of claims.

— General scientific advice on agricultural and natural matters raised in connection with complaints under the Livestock Act.
The technical notes and other technical assistance shall be provided on a continuous basis during the period following a specific agreement with the contact person of the Nature and Environmental Board of Appeal, constituted Ankecechef Nina Herskind. It is expected that 1-4 technical notes per week will be delivered, however, depending on the complexity of the cases and other tasks as a resource person for the Task Force staff.
