Description

The purpose of this public contract is to check and maintain the PPE anchor points at Constructys headquarters (75010 PARIS). The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2123-1-2°, R.2123-1-3°, R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code. It is a framework agreement setting out all the contractual provisions and executed as and when the order forms are issued (Articles L.2125-1 1° , R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 , R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code). This framework agreement is one-off. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Order Code, it is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 10 000 euro(s) excluding tax for its total duration (including renewals). This public contract is concluded from the date of its notification for a period of 12 months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract is tacitly renewable three times a year for each further 12-month period.
