The multi-awardee framework agreement for subsequent contracts with a maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code and also Articles R 2162-7. This contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement for subsequent contracts with a maximum per operator and in value: - maximum 5 operators for Lot 1 (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) - maximum 3 operators for Lot 2 (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) Consequently, the maximum amounts per lot for the total duration of the framework agreement are as follows: - Lot 1: EUR 4 million excluding VAT – Lot 2: 8 Million euro(s) HT Subsequent contracts shall specify the characteristics and methods of performance of the services requested which have not been laid down in the framework agreement. They shall not entail substantial changes to the terms of the Framework Agreement. It is recalled that subsequent contracts are concluded when the need arises, during the period of validity of the framework agreement.
