Description

The DSI decided to outsource part of the application maintenance and application development activities DRUPAL. The services covered by the contract will: to enrich and improve existing applications that already use DRUPAL and ensure their sustainability. Cover the needs for new applications to be created or migrated under DRUPAL, and in particular the overhaul of BNF BNF.FR. It is a mono-contractor framework agreement with order forms under Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. The value of the contract is between a minimum of EUR 250 000 net of tax (EUR 300 000) and a maximum of EUR 750 000 excl. tax, or EUR 900 000 (VAT) over a period of 48 months excluding the guarantee.
