This invitation to tender concerns the purchase and supply of PE pipes and fittings in connection with the operation and construction of water pipes in Novafos’ supply area and its affiliated companies, cf. Annex 6. The tender consists of 6 lots covering the following product groups. •Partial agreement 1: Pressure tubes •Partial agreement 2: Welding fittings •Partial agreement 3: Clutches and borings •Partial agreement 4: Sliding valves •Partial agreement 5: Stopcocks •Partial agreement 6: Other fittings The above must be delivered to Novafos' land registers, primarily the warehouse, and directly to construction projects. Further details of the sub-contracts, including general requirements and specific requirements for the products under the product groups, as well as requirements for delivery and ordering, are set out in the Requirements Specification in Annex 2. The tenderer is entitled to submit a tender for one, several or all lots, and the tenderer may be awarded one, several or all lots. The lots offered are all four-year Framework Agreements with the possibility of a 2x24-month extension.
