The restructuring of the group into a single entity leads to a major reorganisation of its information system, which will be transformed into a target information system that will fully meet the needs of France Télévisions.
In this particular context, it is advisable to detect IT synergies as soon as possible and introduce major and lasting changes to the IT structure.
