Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zawarcie umowy ramowej na dostawę materiałów szewnych, zwanych dalej również asortymentem dla potrzeb oddziałów Szpitala Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., zamawianych przez aptekę szpitalną w ilości, asortymencie oraz wymaganiach bezwzględnych określonych w formularzu cenowym – załącznik nr 1 do SIWZ. Dostawa asortymentu będzie realizowana na podstawie zamówień częściowych na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy do apteki szpitalnej w terminie do 3 dni roboczych od chwili złożenia zamówienia. Dostawy będą realizowane w terminie 12 miesięcy począwszy od dnia podpisania umowy.
