Purpose of the work: PIV - Energy renovation of the envelope of the Town Hall building, including the Ethias part. Comment: The contract is a public works contract for the energy renovation of the envelope of the City Hall building. The building, partly integrating the Ethias insurance office and partly an extension of the offices of the City of Namur, is included in the energy renovation project. All of its facades and roof are an integral part of the ordering of the renovation works. This energy renovation concerns all facades and roofs, including exterior joinery. The template consists of a ground floor + 3 floors + 1 attic floor + attic. There are two levels of underground parking underneath the building and under part of the adjacent public space. The project does not foresee any intervention at the level of the car parks, nor at the level of the commercial ground floors.
