The subject of the contract is the supply of cardiac equipment including diagnostic catheters, ablation catheters, equipment for electrophysiological procedures, electrodes for temporary transvenous cardiac stimulation, implantable loop recorders, external catheters for the coronary sinus. Task No. 1 - supply of catheters and ablative electrodes; Task No 2 – Supply of ablation kits; Task No. 3 - supply of ablative and diagnostic electrodes; Task No 4 – Transseptal Introducers’ Dosage; Task No 5 – Supply of electrodes for transvenous temporal cardiac stimulation; Task No 6 – Supply of implantable loop recorders; Task No. 7 - supply of external catheters to the coronary sinus
