1.The subject of the order is the delivery of orthopaedic implants and endoprostheses II. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing information about the assortment, quantity and additional conditions of implementation is specified in the Annex to the SWZ (Assortment and Price Form). 3.The subject of the order has been divided into 19 parts. 4. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted which meet the conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract. If there are proper names in the description of the subject of the contract, they should be treated only as an example of a product that exactly corresponds to the description of the subject of the contract. 5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The subject of the contract must include all the items indicated in the lot - in the annex to the SWZ. 6. Tenders may be submitted for one or more or all lots 7. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 8.
