Description

The object of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also referred to as "DPS") is the supply of professional, entertainment and consumer electronics equipment, household appliances and household electronics, their accessories, as well as accessories and services related to the equipment to be purchased to Hansel Oy's (hereinafter referred to as "Hansel") customers. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the Request for Participation and its annexes, in particular in the Annex "Subject matter of the Dynamic Procurement System and Conditions of Procurement". During the duration of the DPS, any interested candidate may submit a request to participate. DPS is valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended while DPS is in force. Hansel Oy's customers carry out the procurements among the candidates admitted to DPS through DPS's internal tenders, which may take place during DPS's entire procurement phase. The acquisition phase of DPS begins after the start-up phase on 9 September 2026 and ends at the end of the period of validity of DPS. Contracts may be valid for a maximum period of five (5) years, provided that all contracts end no later than 3 September 2037. QUALITY OF THE DYNAMIC SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DYNAMIC SYSTEM does not exceed EUR 25 000 000 (excluding VAT). The customer may use an electronic auction in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016, ‘the Procurement Act’) when purchasing the products and services referred to in this dynamic purchasing system.
