Description

The purchase of the liquid thermal fuel needed for the functions of the asphalt station owned by the DRDP Cluj shall be purchased.
The value of the framework agreement is: minimum RON 227 200, maximum RON 2 272 000.
The second subsequent contracts are expected to be concluded. The value of the largest subsequent contract is: minimum RON 163 200, maximum RON 1 632 000.
The CA will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification on the third day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
The number of days up to which clarification may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/applications is five days.
With reference to Article 74 (3) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority intends to reduce the period for submission of tenders to 15 days from the date on which the notice of participation is sent for publication.
