Description

The new building of the HBZ will house 28 practice units with a practice, theory and administration area of approximately 10,000 m2 gross usable area on a plot of approximately 16,000 m2. The project is divided into 3 buildings. Preliminary investigations show that the property has a multi-metre-thick anthropogenic replenishment of soils and mineral waste (e.g. foundry sands and construction debris). For the realization of the construction project, an external disposal of large soil masses (>100,000 t) is required, since the future structures cannot be realized at the current surface level. Furthermore, the classic building construction, TGA and GaLa construction works will be integrated into the project as planned.
