Description

Setting up a dynamic purchasing system for ‘Procurement of IT products and related services under a dynamic system 2024. (DBR III)’ The Contracting Authority intends to set up a Dynamic Procurement System to procure IT equipment that cannot be procured from framework agreements concluded by the Digital Government Agency. The contracting authority shall describe in the procurement documents the IT product types for which it intends to create a DBR. In the course of the implementation of the DBR (second part of the DBR), the contracting authority shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt. Pursuant to Section 107(2) of the DBR, the precise technical specifications and contractual conditions relating to the specific procurements to be carried out in the system shall be made available to the Tenderers admitted to the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender to be sent out in the second part of the DBR.
