Description

Acquisition of equipment outside the framework agreements of the DKÜ but essential for the functioning of the contracting authority. The purpose of this procedure is to procure 556 products corresponding to the parameters detailed in the technical specifications in two parts. Government Decree No 321/2015 on the method of proving suitability and the grounds for exclusion in public procurement procedures and the definition of the technical specifications for public procurement In view of Section 46(3) of Government Decree No 487/2015 of 30 October 2006, we would like to draw attention to the fact that the designation of the type in the procurement documents and technical specifications serves to clearly define the nature of the subject-matter; in addition to the designation of the make, origin and type included in the procurement documents, the term ‘or equivalent’ must always be included.
