1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zwieraczy cewki moczowej i pozostałych wyrobów urologicznych dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze pakiety ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną, kilka lub wszystkie części.
