Achizitia produselor grupate pe 20 de loturi – Reactivi si consumabile de laborator, avand o valoare estimata de : - Acord cadru Minim 186.419,16 lei, fara TVA. - Acord cadru Maxim 1.091.353,76 lei fara TVA. - Contract subsecvent Minim 73.884,34 lei, fara TVA. - Contract subsecvent Maxim 239.538,80 lei fara TVA. - Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent = 239.538,80 lei fara TVA. Frecventa estimata: contractele subsecvente se vor atribui , de regula, o data pe trimestru sau la nevoie, in functie de solicitarile laboratorului clinic. Acordul cadru va fi valabil 24 de luni. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor = 18 zile. Termen de raspuns al autoritatii contractante = 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor .
