The main services of the operation are the removal of asbestos from the entire building, thermal insulation (in particular) from the outside of the peripheral walls, the renovation of the kitchen, the heavy rehabilitation of the external R+1, the general electrical rehabilitation, the installation of double flows throughout the building, the construction of an outdoor front, the rehabilitation of the entrance to the site, the rehabilitation of the main courtyard, the disconnection of rainwater networks and the extension of a workshop. The aim is to relaunch two lots declared to be unsuccessful at the time of the initial call for tenders.
