Description

The subject of the contract is the repair of the VA1 and VA2 fans located on the associated aeration facility (centre station) (‘VA1 and VA2’), the VZO fan on the eastern portal (east station) (‘VZO’) and the VZW fan on the western portal (west station) (‘VZW’) of the Branisko tunnel due to past service life, deteriorating condition and significant damage to the bearings themselves. The subject of the contract also includes the performance of technical services during the entire warranty period, i.e. 24 (in words: twenty-four) monthly warranty period from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the handover and takeover of each part of the work, i.e. the goods (electric motor) and the provision of the service (supply, assembly, testing and starting the fan into proper, functional and safe operation). Warranty period 24 (in words: twenty-four) months begin to run for each part of the work taken over separately, i.e. the warranty period begins to run after the delivery, installation, testing and starting of each electric fan motor into proper, functional and safe operation. The subject-matter of the contract is defined in detail in Section B.1 Description of the subject-matter of the contract in the document "SP_Repair of ventilators_tunel Branisko".
