Description

These allotted proceedings have been initiated following the creation of a group of orders, in accordance with Article 8 of the Public Procurement Code, between the Nice Community of Nice Côte d’Azur and the City of Nice.
The purpose of this group is to meet jointly the needs of the urban community Nice Côte d’Azur and the City of Nice with regard to the purchase of office furniture.
The City of Nice, the coordinator of the group, is responsible, in accordance with the rules laid down in the Public Procurement Code, for organising all the procedures for the award of each contract.
Following notification, the contractor concerned will therefore have two contractors: the Urban Community Nice Côte d’Azur and the City of Nice.
