Description

The subject of this framework agreement is the supply, equipment, maintenance and associated services of audiovisual equipment, sound systems, stage lighting and exhibitions. The supplies covered by this framework agreement meet the needs of the following public purchasers: - current needs of the Urban Community of Greater Reims and the City of Reims - possible needs of other members of the Centrale d'achat It is broken down into 2lots. It will be concluded with only one economic operator per lot. The candidate has the possibility to tender for one or more lots. This Framework Agreement shall be established for a period of 4 years from the date of its notification and no earlier than 2 November 2025. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it may be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the central purchasing body notified to the holder by post/email with acknowledgement of receipt two (2) months before the expiry of the current period. Such denunciation shall not entitle the holder to any indemnity.
