Lump sum contract for the project management process for the construction of an energy plant on the Futuroscope Technopole
As part of the construction of a power plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal table and 2 gas boilers in backup / backup, Dalkia engages a consultation to design and carry out the work. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Considering the above, the contracting authority DALKIA wishes to entrust the contractor with the task of project management of the process (excluding buildings and geothermal energy), as part of the work on all the works and equipment. The mission consists of the following phases: Preliminary draft summary / Preliminary draft final (APS / APD) General design project (PRO), Quantitative and quantifying works (DCE), Assistance for the award of public works contracts (AMT). Validation of work carried out (VISA), Directorate for the Execution of Work (DET-OPC), Operations Prior to the acceptance of Work (OPR-AOR). The boiler room includes 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2,000 kW hot at its condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11,300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The heating network will be interconnected with an energy import/export substation with the existing heating network of the Futuroscope Park. MOE Process missions include this substation.
