Description

The subject of the contract is mowing green areas and shoulders, raking leaves, trimming and weeding hedges, agrotechnical treatments in the road lanes of the city of Gliwice. The Contractor becomes the holder of waste within the meaning of the Waste Act of 14 December 2021. One Contractor may submit a tender for a maximum of three tasks (condition for tasks 1-11) and one of tasks 12-13. In order to verify the scope of works, the Contractor may use the public map at https://msip.gliwice.eu/geoportale/ where a map layer is available indicating the area administered by the Municipal Road Administration in Gliwice, which will constitute the scope of works performed. The division of the city into districts is indicated in the tables in the Annex ‘List of streets by district’ defining the scope of work in a given district (regions A to K).
