Supply of disinfectants for the needs of Alexandrovska University Hospital EAD Supply of disinfectants for the needs of Alexandrovska University Hospital EAD. The contract is divided into 14 (fourteen) lots. The disinfectants covered by this contract are detailed in the technical requirements, unit, measure and estimated quantity required for the duration of the contract, as set out in Annex 1 to the ‘Technical Specification’ document. The implementation conditions are in accordance with the attached draft contract. Place of performance of the contract: Warehouse "Disinfectants" of the University Hospital "Alexandrovska" EAD, Sofia, ul. "Sv. D. Sofiyski’ No 1. Disinfectants shall be delivered free of charge to the hospital by transport to the supplier and the cost of transport shall be included in the unit price of the goods. The contract shall enter into force on 19 January 2026 or the date of conclusion if it is after 19 January 2026 and has a term of validity of 24 (twenty-four) months. The period for performance of the public procurement contract shall be 24 (twenty-four) months, by means of periodic deliveries on preliminary orders by type and quantity. Options. The contracting authority reserves the right, if necessary, to continue deliveries, to extend the term of the contract concluded for the performance of the order, but not more than 3 /months/ months, this possibility being reflected in the determination of the estimated value of the order. An additional agreement (annex) shall be concluded to extend the term of the contract.
