Description

Der Standort "Poststraße 20 / ehem. Postschule" soll durch die Bündelung mehrerer Einrichtungen zu einem "Knotenpunkt der Bildung, Betreuung, Begegnung und Beratung" entwickelt werden. Am Standort gibt es eine Turnhalle, die zur Mehrzweckhalle umgebaut werden soll. Zur Sanierung der Turnhalle und dem Neubau des Funktionstraktes werden die folgenden Planungsleistungen an einen Bieter oder eine Bietergemeinschaft vergeben: Planungsleistungen Gebäude und Innenräume gem. §§ 34 ff. HOAI 2021 Planungsleistungen Tragwerksplanung gem. §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021 Planungsleistungen Technische Gebäudeausrüstung gem. §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021 Leistung Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung gem. Anl. 1.2 HOAI 2021 Leistung Leistungen für den Brandschutz gem. Heft 17 der AHO Schriftenreihe weitere, teils optionale besondere Leistungen (siehe Leistungsbeschreibung)
