F-Paris: software supply services
The pension branch currently has a decentralised messaging solution based on IBM’s Lotus product. To date, all its staff, i.e. 21 000 users in 16 metropolitan bodies and 5 organisations located in the overseas departments, are using this solution. In addition, all staff in the pension industry have a collaboration tool (Microsoft Sharepoint), and 2000 of them use the Microsoft MOCS solution to communicate remotely. On the other hand, a ToIP (CISCO CUCM) solution is being rolled out in the metropolitan bodies of the pension sector. The objective of this operation is the provision, integration, implementation and monitoring of an internal and centralised messaging solution for metropolitan bodies in the pension sector. This operation also includes the integration and installation of the new messaging, migration and data centralisation solution from the current solution to the new solution, providing support and training for technical administrators and staff in the retirement sector on the use of the new solution. The greatest benefits expected from this operation are, on the one hand, a fiabilisation of the messaging infrastructure and optimisation of its operation through its centralisation and, on the other hand, better integration of messaging with the Branch’s collaboration and communication tools. The aim of this better integration is to facilitate and develop the use of its new communication technologies by staff in the Retray Branch. The design and installation of the new solution, the collection of data and the training of staff in the pension sector would take place in 2012.
