Les prestations faisant l'objet du présent marché concernent une mission d'Assistance Technique à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (ATMO) pour la préparation, la passation et l'exécution d'un marché public global de performance (MPGP) en vue de réhabiliter l'hôtel de la Meilleraye, un bâtiment d'environ 2000 m2 de surface utile et de réaménager le jardin attenant pour rendre le bâtiment conforme aux exigences de sécurité et d'accessibilité d'un établissement recevant du public et pour mettre en valeur le patrimoine. Le bâtiment accueille des espaces tertiaires d'enseignement et d'administration ainsi qu'un espace cafétéria géré par le CROUS de Paris. L'opération s'exécute sur le site de l'hôtel de la Meilleraye, 56/58 rue des Saints-Pères 75007 Paris.
