Description

Within the scope of this planning mandate, a pollutant remediation is to be planned on the basis of the pollutant test already carried out (pollutant assessment). Likewise, all contaminants relevant for a subsequent partial demolition must be taken into account in this planning and expanded as part of the pollutant remediation. The constructive partial demolition is planned separately and is not the subject of this planning order. The planning goal is to produce a building free of harmful substances and contaminants, so that the successor works can work without protective measures and that no further contaminants have to be selectively removed in advance for the subsequent partial structural demolition. A very close coordination with the other technical engineers involved in the planning is required, in particular with the demolition planning and the monument protection.
