Description

The subject of the procurement is a cloud-based ITIL-based IT service management system (ITSM), which will be procured for use by the contracting entity (in the future also the Tiera) on a fixed-term contract.
Access to the system is acquired in such a way that Tiera can continue to offer access to its customers as part of its own service portfolio.
Tiera uses the ITSM system to be procured for its own service activities. Tiera’s customers have their own ITSM systems in place under the responsibility of either Tiera or the customer. If necessary, these systems should be able to be integrated into the Tiera ITSM system or, alternatively, Tiera’s customers should be able to set up their own in Tiera’s ITSM system. In this case, Tiera’s customers make independent use of the system offered by Tiera.
The ITSM system will be used to manage the Service Desk and IT support services of the subscriber’s and subscriber’s customers, as well as to manage hardware and software. The system to be procured shall be capable of being used in a multi-customer and multi-supplier environment and shall allow for the limitation of the visibility of the system functions, portal, tickets and documentation of the solution database between the subscriber’s customers. The system shall support browsing, including the most common mobile devices. The supply-related service and in-service support and the user and administrator training shall be provided in Finnish.
In addition to ITSM and support services, the subject of the contract includes deployment, training and consultancy services, as further described in the annexes to the invitation to tender.
