Description

The object of the acquisition was apartment and exterior renovation, electrical, plumbing, exterior painting, building sheet metal and yard and earthwork work for properties managed by Kiinteistö Oy Juuan Vuokrattalo for the contract period 01.05.2024 - 30.04.2026 + a two (2) year option. The role of the main implementer is agreed on a work-by-work basis. The service provider must also commit to acting in the role of the main implementer. The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
