Execution works covered by the contract: "EXECUTION OF WORKS FOR INVESTMENT: ‘Establishment of a centralised drinking water supply and sewerage system for domestic wastewater in the municipality of Mera, Vrancea County’ – according to the attached PTH. The above work must also be done in mandatory compliance with all DNSH ("Do no significant harm") requirements as set out in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment. The works are described in the technical documentation attached at PT level. Economic operators will be able to request additional clarifications/information on the tender documentation by the deadline of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders so that the contracting authority's reply is sent 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders
