Description

This publicity notice concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance with an obligation of result of the storers and distributors of automated tools operated by RATP on its sites in Île-de-France, in accordance with levels 2, 3 and 4 of standard NF X60-000. The service includes: • Systematic preventive maintenance in accordance with levels 2, 3 and 4 of standard NF X60-000 • Corrective maintenance in accordance with levels 2, 3 and 4 of standard NF X60-000 • Supply and management of necessary spare parts and consumables • Full traceability of interventions via a CMMS • Regular reporting of activity and performance indicators • Ensuring that the availability and reliability objectives defined in the CCTP are met The contract is broken down into two separate lots: Lot 1: Maintenance of HANEL brand automated storers This lot concerns all HANEL brand automated storers operated by RATP on its various sites. • Number of items of equipment: 107 storers (Rotomat and Lean-Lift) • Number of sites concerned: more than 15 sites • Location of sites: Île-de-France (Paris, Massy, Villette, Saint-Denis, Choisy, etc.) Lot 2: Maintenance of automated storers and distributors of brands ELECTROCLASS, LEADER SYSTEM, A5 SYSTEMS, SFA-EUROMAT, KARDEX This lot concerns all automated storers and distributors of brands ELECTROCLASS, LEADER SYSTEM, A5 SYSTEMS, SFA-EUROMAT, KARDEX operated by RATP on its various sites. • Number of items of equipment: 313 storers (Rotative, Distributor, Lift Jumper) • Manufacturers: ELECTROCLASS (289), A5 SYSTEMS (14), SFA-EUROMAT (6), KARDEX (3), LEADER SYSTEM (1). • Number of sites concerned: more than 25 sites • Location of sites: Île-de-France (Boissy-Saint-Léger, Bagneux, Saint-Ouen, Montreuil, Issy-les-Moulineaux, etc.) The exhaustive and detailed list of equipment per lot can be found in the breakdown of the overall and flat-rate price (DPGF – Annex 1 to the draft contract). Candidates may bid on one or two lots. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to the same tenderer is 2. Multi-lot allocation rule: each lot will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the lot in question, subject to the application of the judgment criteria laid down in this CPR. Lot 1 will be awarded to the tenderer ranked first on Lot 1. Lot 2 will be awarded to the tenderer ranked first on Lot 2.
