Description

With this award procedure, the Municipality of Bremen announces the following detailed property planning services for buildings and interiors of the service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, as well as special services listed in the service profile in connection with the construction of the Stadtmusikanten- und Literaturhaus. The municipality of Bremen will build a town musician's and literature house in the so-called Kontorhaus am Markt, Langenstraße 4, Bremen (hereinafter "Kontorhaus"), in an exposed downtown location. The Kontorhaus as a historic building with special architectural quality and an independent appearance within sight of the city music monument of Gerhard Marcks and the UNESCO World Heritage City Hall/Roland on the edge of the market square is ideally suited for this. The Town Musicians' and Literature House in Bremen is intended to create a place of experience for the fairy tale of Bremen's city musicians and at the same time a central place for the literature scene in Bremen and the region. The Senate of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen has commissioned the Senator for Culture with the project management. For this purpose, the municipality of Bremen in the western building wing of the Kontorhaus has the three lower floors from the landlord (UG, EG, 1. OG/Galerie), the Kontorhaus am Markt GmbH & Co. KG, for 25 years. The rental space is intended to serve as a representative experience space for the narration and presentation of the fairy tale of Bremen's city musicians and to provide a platform for Bremen's literary actors. In addition, the rented space should combine the uses of the other rented space (e.g. restaurant, bar, bookstore, etc.) through an open room design. A more in-depth examination of the architectural, functional and artistic concept is included in the tender documents (see point 3). The project is planned to receive federal funding from the Commissioner for Culture and the Media. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
