The purpose of these specifications is to regulate the technical conditions that must govern the contracting of comprehensive maintenance, maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, spaces and other elements managed by the General Coordination of the Mayor's Office, in order to guarantee their normal operation in conditions of safety, health and comfort, their conservation and optimal performance. It includes the hiring and cost of a telephone line and data to service the existing people counting facility in the Pavilion of the Gardens of Cecilio Rodríguez, as well as the maintenance of said equipment and update of its corresponding software.
