Description

Conclusion of a contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of a ‘unitary digitalised system for Section A.T.I.’ under the SUSPENSIVA CLAUSE, valid for a period of 6 months from the date of approval of the procedure report, in accordance with the descriptions and quantities referred to in the Tender Specifications and the technical file. The duration of the public procurement contract, respectively the period of validity of the contract is 6 months from the date of its signature by both parties. Note: According to the provisions of O.U.G. 107/ 2017 the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days.
