Contracts shall be awarded during the contract period in accordance with a priority order established on the basis of a call for tenders. The order of priority and the ordering procedure during the contract period are set out in more detail in the draft framework contract and other procurement documents attached to the request to participate. The need for the service during the contract period is determined on the basis of the needs of the contracting entity. The contracting entity does not commit to certain quantities or any other quantity purchase obligations.
