Description

The objective and scope of the contract:
The competition is for a contract for the delivery of precipitant chemicals for a sewage treatment facility.
The contract value is estimated to be: 15 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and, thus, not binding. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information.
Zones.
Tender offers may be submitted for one or more zones. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within the individual zones.
Zone 1: Drammen municipality;
Zone 2: Lier municipality;
Zone 3: Øvre Eiker municipality.;
Zone 4: Nedre Eiker municipality;
Zone 5: Svelvik municipality;
Zone 6: Hurum municipality;
Zone 7: Røyken municipality.
The Contracting Authority will enter into contracts with 1 — one tenderer for each zone. The Contracting Authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and assume all or parts of a tender offer.
