Description

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate in the Commune and the City of Rudnik nad Sanem in 2026. The estimated amount of municipal waste is approx. 2 358.44 Mg. Quantities of municipal waste, i.e. 2 358.44 Mg are intended to enable the Contractor to prepare a tender. This quantity was determined for the purpose of estimating the value of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste received without the right to pursue claims. Settlement between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be based on the amount of waste actually collected according to its type. At the same time, in accordance with Art. 433 pt. 4) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum value of the service is 1600 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1(OPZ) to the SWZ.
