The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the development of construction and executive documentation for the construction of the bypass of Nysa and Podkamień within the provincial roads No. 411 and 489 along with the construction of intersections with roads crossing the bypass, the construction of engineering structures and the construction of road lane drainage. For the task, two separate road investment permit decisions (ZRID) must be obtained, one for the Nysa bypass and the other for the Podkamień bypass in accordance with the terms of the SWZ. The subject-matter of the contract includes: a) geodetic works: - preparation of a map for design purposes, - execution of the division of plots, - stabilization of road lane boundaries b) design works: - preparation of a construction project (including a land development project, a construction-architectural project and a technical project), - preparation of an application together with the materials for obtaining a decision on the permit to carry out a road investment (ZRID), - preparation of an executive project, - preparation of a draft of the target traffic organization with its approval, - preparation of information on safety and health protection due to the specificity of the planned construction work (BIOZ) - preparation of detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - preparation of a cost estimate part (investor's estimate, quotation cost, work volume, calculation of unit prices), separately for the Nysa bypass and the Podkamień bypass, - execution of environmental protection studies together with obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project, if necessary for the reconstruction of 110 kV high-volt power lines, - preparation of water-related operations along with obtaining the required legal requirements referred to in Article 388 of the Water Law. It will be the responsibility of the Design Unit to obtain all the required decisions, agreements and opinions from the relevant organisational units of the State Water Holding Wody Polskie necessary for the implementation of the investment, - to carry out ground tests - wells (according to the list of parameters for the execution of geological wells). (c) preparing answers to questions from contractors, providing explanations regarding the developed design documentation and making possible modifications (corrections and additions) in the developed design and tender documentation, during the tender procedure for the implementation of construction works for the project in question. (d) exercising author's supervision during construction works and during the warranty period of defects for construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Design Unit.
