1. The subject of the contract is the supply of printing equipment under the first equipment CBZC: Part No. 1 Delivery of mobile printers, Part No. 2 Delivery of printing devices, Part No. 3 Delivery of scanners 2. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender was the highest scored, as regards the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, in accordance with Art. 1 of the PPO (the so-called reverse procedure). 3.In connection with the application of the procedure under Art. 1, The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the declaration referred to in art. 1uPzp.
