The subject of the contract is the elaboration of project documentation at the level of: • documentation for land use “DÚR”, • documentation for building permit within the scope of construction “RPD”. The service will also include engineering activities for the issue of a zoning permit, engineering activities for the issue of a building permit, cooperation in the process of public procurement for the construction contractor (engineering activities for the realization of the construction) and occasional author supervision during the realization of the construction. The aim of the project documentation is to improve the energy efficiency, sustainability and overall quality of the school environment through modern technologies and infrastructure modernisation. As part of the project work, it is necessary to deal with the comprehensive renovation of the exterior and interior of all buildings in the school premises, new interior distribution of utilities, some from the connection points of network operators, decentralization of heating of buildings, building modifications of paved areas and exterior so that after building modifications the building complies with current standards and regulations that are imposed on buildings of this nature.
