Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for food service field equipment, divided into 5 (five) parts (tasks). 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documents, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The right of option means that the Ordering Party will definitely purchase the basic quantity. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option several times, until the maximum quantity specified in § 2 sec. 2, but no later than 31.08.2025. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party after the above-mentioned date requires the Contractor's consent in written or documentary form.
