Description

The BVG is legally obliged to record operational incidents and to document measures taken. In order to optimize work processes in the event of disruptions and other operational incidents, the collected data must then be evaluable in statistics and reports. The software is essential for the operational operation of BVG by mapping critical business processes. Only the software reporting book BVG meets the defined framework conditions, which are based on comprehensible, objective technical and economic considerations and which have been determined non-discriminatory and arbitrarily. The software registration book is an individual software, which was developed by the company on behalf of BVG. It is specially tailored to the divisions of BVG and their processes. The reporting book is a web-based software for the management of operational incidents and malfunctions, which is used in the BVG across all divisions, e.g. in the control centers, the company divisions and downstream areas. Currently, about 1,000 users have access to over 4 million messages. Approximately 50,000 automatically and manually recorded, planned and unplanned operational disruptions are added every month (e.g. traffic disruptions, accidents, wrong parking, demonstrations, service orders, etc.).
