Description

The subject of the contract is to perform the function of Contract Engineer for the task "Construction of the city hospital". A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been defined: - in the document "Detailed scope of work of the Contract Engineer" [SZPIK], - in the model contract, - in this SWZ. The detailed material scope of the construction works to which the performance of the function of Contract Engineer relates was specified in the contract notice entitled: ‘Construction of an urban hospital’, available in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipal Office in Gliwice: https://bip.gliwice.eu/public-procurement/procurement/12681 and at: https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/mp-client/search/list/ocds-148610-55ac6e48-045c-11ee-b70f-ae2d9e28ec7b together with all modifications made during the above-mentioned procurement procedure and the answers given to queries to the SWZ. NOTE 1: The contracting authority may cancel the procedure for the award of the contract in question if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the task of 'Construction of an urban hospital' have not been awarded to it, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019. Pursuant to Article 256 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submission of tenders, if there are circumstances causing that the continuation of the procedure is unjustified. NOTE 2: The scope of the subject matter of the contract consists of the basic part and the contract covered by the right of option. The material division of the subject matter of the contract into the basic part and the part covered by the option right was specified in the contract notice entitled: ‘Construction of an urban hospital’. The Contracting Authority informs that the amount from the Contractor's offer must correspond to the time-frame, material and financial schedule, which will be provided by the Contractor at the stage of formalities before the conclusion of the contract. The time-frame, material and financial schedule is to be drawn up in accordance with the template constituting Annex 13 to the SWZ.
