Description

In the light of previous experience with the UWV, both in the municipality of Heerlen and in other large municipalities, the UWV has been entrusted with the necessary investigation into the termination or temporary extension of the (partial) exemption from the obligation (s) to carry out the general employment and reintegration obligations; the involvement of a labour expert and/or medical adviser in support of the decision taken by the income adviser of the municipality of Heerlen. In consultation with the UWV, this eventually resulted in a graduated research model aimed at carrying out approximately 500 studies in 2013.
